12-1-07 Today we've released something that Z-Man has been asking for for a long time, the CoolComixbz online store! Break out your piggy banks, because the store is here and has something that almost anyone can enjoy, and just in time for the holiday season too! Items in the store make perfect gifts for those who know and even those who don't now about CoolComixbz. So what are you wating for? Get over to the store and see what we have available! 10-15-07 Time for more announcements and a minor update! We've redone most of our website to be more compatible with Internet Explorer. You should no longer have to deal with 'Click to activate and use this control' when navigating the website with IE. Frame by Frame comics still unfortunately have this border around them (due to technical implementation problems which we hope to solve in the near future) but this shouldn't be too much of an annoyance because we have yet to add any interactivity to the comics. If by chance you notice any problems with our Flash elements, be sure to let us know! The second announcement is B-Man got a deviantART profile too! Like Z-Man, B-Man adds both CCBZ and non-CCBZ related funstuff to his profile that won't be uploaded here, so be sure to check out his profile! 8-28-07 Today's article isn't about an update, (though we did post some more Frame by Frame comics for your enjoyment) but rather some announcements. First off, we're back in school here. This, of course, means we have less time that we can dedicate to doing other things. Unfortunate, yes, but at least we are now able to script some of our comics during the dull moments that come from time to time, so still expect a boatload of comics (and hopefully more stuff) during the school year! Second off, Z-Man has a deviantART profile! He's had it for a few months now, so some of you may already know about it. Anyways, his profile is where he posts all kinds of artwork (both CCBZ and non-CCBZ related, including funstuff that won't be released on the site) and news straight from the mouth of Z-Man (rather than me, B-Man). So get yourself there to check it out! And lastly, Z-Man and I have been discussing the possibility of doing to the other series what we are doing with Frame by Frame. We could give each series its own portion of the site and update them semi-frequently with comics about the series. However, this would take away from the other stuff we are doing (animation, Frame by Frame, ect.), so if you would like to give your voice about it or if you have some other ideas to add to it, feel free to open up a thread on the forum about it. But in any case, we want to deliver great stuff to you in the near and distant future, so whatever we choose, note that we will do our best to release cool stuff as often as we can! 8-10-07 Today marks a somewhat major update. We have released a brand new series called Frame By Frame!
This series is all about B-Man and Z-Man's (aka the creators of Coolcomixbz.com) lives as animators and teenagers in high school. It contains tons of exaggerated truth about our day-to-day lives and the people we associate with. Note that this series is separate from the production update comics, but occurs in the same universe under the same conditions. This series is largely comic-based (though we may add animation somewhere down the line), so production of this series should be quick and clean, and should not interfere with production of other series. However, as there will still be a large amount of individual comics, we decided to dedicate a portion of our site entirely to this series. The link to that area has been added to the main links area. You may notice that the link to Jeff's site has been taken down. Jeff McBeef has lost interest in the world of web development and design, and has thus discontinued development on his site. His site will still be at mynameisjeff.coolcomixbz.com if anyone is still interested in seeing it, but we have taken the link to his site off of our main site to make room for the Frame By Frame link. But we hope you enjoy the new comic series, and we look forward to developing it on a much more consistent basis! 7-7-07

Hey everyone! Today is the big 7-7-7, and that means new 7 Days content! First off, we have the all new 7 Days Chapter 3! Also, some of the components of the 7 Days series have received some graphic overhauls that we may implement in the earlier chapters, so we hope you like the new look of some of the objects. Second off, B-Man applied some of his Photoshop skills to the 7 Days series to create an all new desktop background themed around the series. We were quite pleased with the outcome, and we hope you will be too, so check it out even if you have no intention to use it as your background. 2-2-07 Happy Groundhog's Day everyone! As well as a production comic, we also have released the long-awaited 7 Days Chapter 2! Z-Man worked a good deal on the effects, so it looks awesome, and the story keeps getting better! P.S. In order to release this episode, we had to make a special player in order to make it viewable to other people. This is due to the same exporting problem that we had with the Pirate Episode, except this time it forced us to export into seven parts instead of two. So rather than having you view each individually (how annoying...), we programmed the player to import them all and have them play side-by-side. But, it surprisingly turned out a little problematic, and we've worked out the known bugs, but odd responses have still come out of the player at times (such as not playing at all, refusal to load, ect). So, it should work for you, but if it doesn't, try refreshing the page (and if that doesn't work), and contact us by either the forum or by email so we can work out the problem. Hey everyone! The site is registered again for another great year! Our new years resolution to you is to continue to deliver great cartoons on a continued basis, so we hope you look forward to a good 2007! 12-21-06 It's time to break out a cup of hot cocoa and a good ole' holiday toon! We made an accuracy fix and some other minor touch-ups. The link is on the update below. 11-28-06 Hey everyone! Today features an update to our character quiz that we released some time ago. It is now better looking, more accurate, and features more characters! Try it out for yourself! 10-26-06 Production comic time! And now for the Pirate Episode! This toon was planned a long time ago to be our pilot episode...but then there was a voice issue that couldn't be easily resolved. So it was stored in our 'vault', and after the problem was solved, it was finished and now is released! Due to exporting issues beyond our control, we had to break this toon into two parts. But in any case, it is a great toon and you are sure to enjoy it! Watch Part 1, and then when you're done with that, watch Part 2! 10-8-06 Alright, we have another production update!
